"NEW YORK, NEW YORK"
A visit to the big apple was fabulous. Our 7th wedding anniversary is this weekend, so we wined and dined in the big city with close friends of ours. The lights! The city! The food is great and the taxis make you fear for your life! We took pictures everywhere while trying not to be obvious tourists. Love, love 5th avenue and Tavern on the Green. We strolled through Central Park and saw turtles in the lake. It was extremely hot and humid. An old bum on the subway sang and tapped his cane for us. The icing on the cake was the Michael Bubl'e concert. We were in the 6th row and it was amazing! "Ive got the world on a string; I'm sitting on a rainbow......"
I am an old soul inside, the standards are timeless.
My thoughts on New York-don't walk too far in your satin high heels!!! What more perfect way to pass the days with someone you love than to travel the world in style!
